Short-term study program
※Open irregularly

A short term study in Japan program is offered irregularly. In addition to studying Japanese, you can experience Japanese culture and sightseeing around Ashikaga.

Admission requirements　

2 years course, 1 and half years course

  • For those who have passed JLPT N5 level or higher or those who have Japanese language ability above the beginner level.
  • For those who have graduated from more than high school. (Consultation required for those who have graduated from last educational institution more than 5 years ago.)
  • For those who have sufficient expenses.

Important notice
① In principal, tuition is paid for one year at a time. But in some cases, half-year payment is possible.
② Please note that 10% consumption tax is added to the above amount from October 2019.
③ Expenses include teaching materials, extra curriculum activities, equipment cost, insurance fee and health care.
④ Educational materials expenses, insurance fee, health care expenses will be paid annually even for 6 months for the 1 and half years course.

　① The applicant should pay the remittance fee.
　② If there is a difference between the invoice amount and the receipt amount, we will charge the difference after enrollment.

About refund of student payment

We do not refund the student fee that we have already been delivered. However, in the following cases, we will return except for some of the payment.

  • If the visa is not issued at a foreign diplomatic embassy in the event that a Certificate of Eligibility has been issued, the student fee excluding the entrance examination fee will be refunded.
  • If you declare your intention to decline admissions before admissions, we will refund the student fee excluding entrance fee and entrance examination fee.
